Learn advanced eGP system guidelines, role-based access, system validation, and the preparation, approval, and revision of the Annual Procurement Plan (APP).

Module 3: Procurement Methods & Planning

Explore different procurement methods for Goods, Works, and Services, including tender selection strategies, classification, and audit risk control with practical examples.

Module 4: Tender Preparation & Committees

Gain knowledge of IFT preparation, STD structure, tender scheduling, and the formation and responsibilities of TEC and TOC committees, including conflict of interest management.

Module 5: Evaluation, Award & Contract Management

Learn the complete tender evaluation process, including administrative, technical, and financial evaluation, qualification verification, and contract award procedures.

Module 6: Complaints, Audit & Risk Prevention

Understand complaint handling procedures, audit compliance, risk mitigation strategies, and how to maintain audit-proof documentation through real case analysis
